Penske Buys Out Rentway

Penske Truck Leasing, Reading, Pa., has agreed to acquire Rentway, a truck rental and leasing company based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Rentway is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trimac Corporation, Calgary, Alberta.
The acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of August.
