PNV Inc. has launched "B" Connected, a national wireless network that will provide truck drivers with broadband access to the Internet.

It will be available across the company's network of 268 sites at truckstops across 41 states, but will not replace its existing wired services.
Built upon Cisco Systems Aironet wireless LAN technology, "B" Connected will provide up to 11 Mbps wireless connections. The driver inserts an access card into a PC or laptop and can
automatically connect anywhere within a half-mile radius of a site, whether at the fuel island, in the parking lot, restaurant, game room or lounge.
