ABF Allows Customers To Personalize Web Pages

Customers of ABF Freight System, Fort Smith, AR, can now create personalized web pages that greatly simplify navigation of ABF's web site.

Called myABF, the program lets customers manage the wide variety of transportation tools and shipment information available via ABF's eCenter in combination with other Internet content such as stock quotes, weather reports and links to other Internet destinations. Users of myABF create and format their own personal web pages with the eCenter tools and content they choose.
ABF's eCenter allows users to create detailed, customized reports, or use standard reports such as undelivered shipments, unpaid bills and recent outbound shipments. The web site offers customer-specific pricing quotations that match actual freight invoices. Signed bills of lading and delivery receipts can be viewed online. The site also offers shipment tracking, e-mail notification of critical events as the shipment moves through the ABF system, freight bill reviews, status of loss and damage claims, ABF forms, online pickup requests, online bill of lading preparation and more.
