Power Heavy Duty has added Laredo, Texas-based parts distributor SR Parts as its latest member company.

SR Parts expands Power Heavy Duty’s network of indepednent distributors and service providers with a point of distribution in South Texas. SR Parts’ inventory includes chrome accessories, LED lighting, mud flaps and cargo tie-down equipment, as well as transmission, suspension and various other truck and trailer parts.
SR Parts is operated by Sylvia Benavides, company president, and Vice President Ricardo Rivera.
“Sylvia and Ricardo have been in the heavy duty truck and trailer parts aftermarket for more than 45 years,” said Jim Pennig, vice president of business development for Vipar Heavy Duty. “The relentless focus they have on servicing customers in their local market is second to none, which is a good fit for our network.”
Power Heavy Duty is a network of independent distributors and service specialists with more than 200 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
