C.R. England, a Salt Lake City-based global transportation provider, has named Josh England as the company's new chief financial officer. The announcement comes upon the retirement of Keith Wallace, effective on Jan. 18.

Since 2009, Josh England has served as the president of England Logistics. England Logistics provides non-asset transportation solutions via road, rail, ocean, and air and is among the largest and most diverse third-party logistics companies in the nation.

In his role as CFO, Josh England's primary responsibilities will include financial management and oversight of the England companies and related enterprises, including financial reporting, equipment financing, budgeting, billing and collections and weekly payroll for several thousand employees and drivers.

Wallace is retiring after 20 years of service to C.R. England. Wallace joined the England organization in 1993 to structure a newly created entrepreneurial role in England Dedicated Services, a division providing customized transportation solutions.

This division continues today as a major contributor to the England enterprises. In 1997, Wallace was promoted to CFO.
