Cure Leasing & Maintenance, a provider of financing and maintenance services to companies using independent contractors as part of their transportation programs, announced the appointment of Brett Petersen as its chief operating officer.
A 22-year veteran of the vehicle rental industry, Petersen comes to Cure from Armada Vehicle Rental Inc., where he served as chief executive officer.
Prior to that, he held a senior management position with Budget Car and Truck Rental, and management positions with Enterprise Leasing and Rent-A-Car.
During his career, he also owned a successful multi-line insurance agency appointed with a Fortune 500 carrier.
Petersen will operate from Cure's Norcross, Ga., headquarters.
