The Dossier User Group, Arsenault Associates' software producer, will hold its annual Summit this year in New Orleans, Oct. 23-25. The conference will be preceded by an optional Day of Service to help rebuild the city, which is still being restored after Hurricane Katrina.

At the Summit, participants can receive updates on Dossier, including features added this past year and a preview of future versions. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other Dossier users. Attendees will also have the option to register for post-conference hands-on training on Oct. 26

"The 2012 Dossier User Group Summit will feature a broad agenda, with coverage on everything from basic program features up through advanced industry topics," says user group chairman Greg Walsh, director of maintenance for New World Van Lines. "There will be something for every level of Dossier user."

Those who wish to take part in a day of helping to rebuild New Orleans can arrive Oct. 22 for a welcome dinner hosted by Arsenault Associates prior to a day of community service and team building on Tuesday, working on a Habitat for Humanity project.

Additional details and guest speakers will be announced when arrangements are confirmed.

Dossier User Group members operate large and small fleets in many diverse industries including trucking, construction, schools, motor coach, waste, utilities, distribution, food, manufacturing, government and service industries.
