Compli, North America's leading provider of on-demand human resource and compliance management software, recently completed partnership agreements with two prominent trucking industry providers.

The new integrations with Sterling Infosystems, Inc. and Instructional Technologies, Inc. allow fleets to seamlessly manage an extensive menu of recruitment and retention tools, screening services and online safety training programs as part of a single employee management system on the Compli platform.

Sterling Infosystems, Inc., provides U.S. and Canadian trucking industry organizations with real-time information related to background checks, driving records, and drug and alcohol testing for new applicants and existing employees.

"The partnership between Compli and Sterling Infosystems, Inc. gives fleets a single place to manage important recruitment and retention information about applicants, their regulated drivers, their mechanics and all of their employees. In addition, Compli customers can order drug screenings and background checks from Compli. Screening results are then electronically received and automatically integrated into an employee's electronic personnel file and are time and date stamped, ensuring accuracy, convenience and consistency," said Nick Goodell, general manager for trucking and transportation at Compli. "And now, the integration also enables our software to automatically initiate processes needed to manage risk and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employment lifecycle."

Instructional Technologies, Inc.'s industry leading Pro-TREAD online driver safety training products, provide a full library of interactive, computer-based driver safety training programs to U.S. and Canadian fleets, with roughly 70,000 drivers and warehouse workers participating every month.

On the Instructional Technologies, Inc. agreement, he added, "We have taken the entire library of Pro-TREAD on-line driver safety trainings and made them seamlessly available on Compli's platform. This allows all Compli fleet customers to assign driver safety lessons to employees automatically and on an as-needed basis depending on user-defined criteria or due to actionable events, including CSA inspection violations, identified within Compli. With the pre-existing industry safety requirements, combined with the recent rollout of our CSA tracking and compliance module, fleets now have the opportunity to access a single online location to identify the needs of every driver, deliver and launch trainings, monitor progress, and document completion."
