C-TPAT Director Headliner at Cargo Security Forum

The eyefortransport 6th North American Cargo Security will feature Brad Skinner, new director of C-TPAT at U.S. Customs & Border Control. The forum will be held Dec. 4, 5 and 6 at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza in Washington D.C.
