The Loss Prevention Conference will hold its 2002 Fall Meeting at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel in Atlanta Oct. 20-22.

The meeting theme will be "Tackling Freight Loss and Damage Head-On."
Topics planned for the Fall Meeting include carrier tariffs, release rates and limitations of liability; concealed damage; best business practices; and incident management and recovery guidelines. A leading regional LTL driver will discuss the techniques he uses to positively impact freight loss and damage, and a re-enactment of a landmark judicial case will illustrate how the courts apply freight loss and damage statutes.
