AeroKits for Tractors Now Offered for Flatbed, Tanker Trailers

Like the kit for vans, the product need be applied only to a tractor, not the trailer, which saves money.

FlowBelow Aero Inc., the manufacturer of fairings and wheel covers that control air movement around a road tractor’s drive wheels, is now selling a version for tractors that pull flatbed and tank trailers.

Metal Coils Snuggle Safely into Cradles on This Specialized Trailer

The heavy loads can't roll off because they're automatically blocked aboard.

Rubber-lined well accommodates big, heavy metal coils, which are usually strapped down. Sliding shelter covers the load.

Squinty Tail Lights Have a Reliability Benefit

Tom Berg spots an unusual trailer lighting system on the road. Grote LED light bars need only three pigtails to connect to the sealed wiring harness, reducing the chances for corrosion and electrical failures, he explains in his Trailer Talk blog.
