I had this question posed to me this week:
"What are the pros and cons of express rentals/pre-printed rental agreements vs. traditional at-the-counter experience?"
I have absolutely no clue, so I emailed back that "I have absolutely no clue."
However, I think this video clip of a classic movie might give part of an answer, as well as shed some light on the customer/frontline employee relationship.
