All That's Trucking Blog: Could we see a re-emergence of Class 8 cabovers in the U.S. and Canada? A couple of Canadian fleets appear to be interested in them for improved freight efficiency, but an exec from the one company that's still making them doesn't think drivers would stand for it.

Classic KW Cabover Labor of Love for California Port Trucker

David Sosa worked 10 hours a day for seven weeks to combine a K100 cab and a wrecked KW T660 into a clean-emissions repowered classic cabover.

California port trucker David Sosa recently saved a beautiful Kenworth K 100E cab from the recycler and updated it with a Cummins ISX EPA '07 engine to create a CARB-certified clean truck. Deborah Lockridge has the story in her "All That's Trucking" blog.
