TARA Chooses Wade & Partners as New Association Manager

The Truck Frame and Axle Repair Association has decided to make Wade & Partners the management team to lead the association, effective immediately.

Wade & Partners' responsibilities will include organizing clinics, technical programs and the annual convention. Wade & Partners will also be in charge of all membership, online development, the newsletter and trade show participation.

W&P also provides association management for Heavy Duty Representatives Association and the Service Specialists Association. The company previously managed the Council of Fleet Specialists, now Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network, as well as the Heavy Duty Maintenance Group.

TARA was founded in 1966 as a trade association to serve specialists in the truck repair industry. TARA provides technician continuing education programs to keep TARA shops up-to-date in diagnosing and repairing frame, front end, suspension, brake and handling problems.

Members of the association consist of service providers specializing in heavy-duty truck, tractor and trailer chassis frame, axles, housings, and wheel, straightening, balancing and alignment service and parts distribution.
