Pegasus TransTech has updated its searchable online directory of locations offering Transflo Express truck stop scanning. The upgraded service is now available on a redesigned web page.

The new web page enables fleets and drivers to search for a truck stop location offering Transflo Express in the United States or Canada. Users can search by zip code, city, or state and see all of the Transflo Express truck stops in the region. A click on any individual truck stop will generate turn-by-turn directions to that location.

The redesign reflects more than 35 percent growth of the network of truck stops during 2010. Much of that growth occurred as Transflo Express became available at Flying J-branded truck stops in the Pilot Flying J system. The service is still available at many independent truck stops in addition to Pilot Flying J Travel Centers and Love's Travel Stops. Both of these leading chains signed long-term exclusive agreements with Pegasus TransTech during 2010.

"Since Transflo Express is now available at almost 800 locations, we thought it was a good time to update the entire search function, not just the list of locations," explained Bob Helms, chairman and CEO of Pegasus TransTech. "We've used the opportunity to make Transflo Express even more convenient for our customers."

Drivers simply hand their delivery documents to a trained truck stop cashier for scanning. Transflo Express sends the delivery documents electronically to the carrier for immediate access to billing and payroll documents, allowing fleets and drivers to get paid faster.
