The new Cobra CBTH8 Ultra Light Bluetooth Headset with T5 Sonance Noise Cancellation Technology offers long talk and standby times and light weight.

Cobra says the new product is only half of the weight of most over-the-head style wireless headsets. The Cobra CBTH8 Ultra Light is also part of Cobra's 50-Year Anniversary Edition line of products.

"With legislation being passed nationwide banning the use of cell phones while driving, it is a necessity to have a handsfree unit that provides clear sound," says Tom Novak, president of Aries Manufacturing, licensees of the Cobra wireless accessory line of products.

The Cobra CBTH8 Ultra Light Bluetooth Headset is designed for professional drivers and consumers who need versatility in a wireless headset. It contains the same T5 Sonance Noise Cancellation Technology as the original Cobra CBTH1 Deluxe Bluetooth Headset, allowing for clear cellular transmissions.

The over the head style headset can be worn on either ear with an adjustable headband and flexible boom microphone. The headset has one touch controls, 20 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time.

The Cobra CBTH8 includes two charging solutions -- one uses a vehicle cigarette lighter port, the other a computer USB port.
