Godwin Truck Body has unveiled its new Hybrid Series of dump bodies, ideal for hauling processed materials, sand, gravel, and asphalt.
The new bodies come in 10 feet to 24 feet lengths for single, tandem, and multiple axle truck chassis.
The new design features an abrasion-resisting Hardox 450 steel floor with a 12-inch radius formed in place for strength with lightweight, low-maintenance aluminum sides and tailgate. This weighs approximately the same as aluminum bodies and is more affordable, the company says.
The product also features a crossmemberless western style understructure and load supporting formed trapezoid longbeams with shock absorbing rubber cushions in formed steel tracks for a quiet ride, as well as a wide variety of options.
