Ireland-based TyreCheck, which provides business automation, CRM and fleet and tire management solutions, has launched InContact, developed to accommodate customer contact management and sales lead generation for tire retailers.


The new software is meant to facilitate the early adoption and preparation for the new mandatory European Union energy rating and tire labeling system for tire manufacturers and tire retailers. This new software will be rolled out in July 2010.

TyreCheck's InContact provides a way to facilitate the implementation of the labeling requirements. It will enable tire retailers and tire manufacturers to communicate the impact of various tire choices to their customers on their tire energy efficiencies ranging from best performance to worst.
