Tiger Tool's new 15001 Front Suspension Spring Pin and Bushing Removal and Installation tool removes and installs both rubber isolated and threaded pin bushings from the spring eye and chassis mounts without removing the spring packs from the axle.

The new tool is designed for use on Kenworth T-800 and some T-400 and 500 Class 8 trucks. The company also offers adapters kits for the front suspension on Kenworth T-660, W-900 and T2000 trucks.

The installation and removal tool attaches to the inboard end of the pin/bushing, allowing the hydraulic cylinder to be attached to the outboard end of the pin/bushing. The 20-ton hydraulic cylinder smoothly removes the complete pin bushing assembly with the outer shell still intact.

The 15001 Spring Pin & Bushing Puller is made from heat-treated chrome-moly alloy steels and has a black oxide finish to provide extended life, strength and durability. The cylinder is also manufactured from chrome-moly alloy steel with a nickel-plated inner cylinder for corrosion resistance and smooth operation.
