FreightWatch International has developed a new Authorized Intelligence Partnership Program to promote information sharing throughout the industry.
The new program gives members the ability to use FreightWatch data throughout their business and for communication with vendors, partners and customers.
"The key to a secured supply chain is awareness about the environmental risks and implementing a layered security approach," said Ron Greene, general manager of FreightWatch International, USA. "This program provides organizations with a significant opportunity to ensure everyone involved in their supply chains is well informed with up-to-date risk analyses and intelligence."
FreightWatch publishes reports free of charge on regional cargo theft activity in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Europe. The company also publishes an annual Global Threat Assessment. After receiving requests by members to post reports, charts, graphs and figures, FreightWatch decided to give members the ability to use existing information or receive customized data that can be embedded at the members' discretion in their own media outlets.
