Snap-on Tools has released new right side and left side attachments to accompany its Epiq tool storage units, providing shops with a wall of storage lockers.
Snap-on's new attachments provide a load capacity of 4,000 pounds.
"Our new locker attachments greatly expand the storage capacity of our Epiq tool storage units, allowing technicians to keep even more tools and equipment in their service bays, right at their fingertips," said Chris Potter, president of tool storage for Snap-on Tools. "At Snap-on, we're always thinking of new and innovative ways to revolutionize the way that technicians work; better organization and less wasted time equal improved productivity."
The new add-ons provide over 4,300 square inches, and almost 33,000 cubic inches of storage capacity. Built with the Snap-on standing seam and corner gusset design, the storage system features a load capacity of 4,000 pounds.
The system includes six pull-out bins, and can be expanded to 13 bins from top to bottom, Snap-on says. It comes with a reversible door with over swing opening as well as an optional LED light. Users have the capability of adding lockers to the lockers, as well as adding overhead on top of the lockers.
