FreightCenter now offers customers instant status and tracking, in which customers will now be sent automatic e-mail updates on the status of their shipment indicating their items have been picked up and delivered. They can also log in to their account and track the shipments' real-time progress at any time.

A new mobile ease quoting page allows customers easier and faster quotes from their mobile device.

Another new service is called YouCrate Instant Rating and Booking, which allows customers to fill and empty the crate while they take care of picking up, shipping, and dropping at destination. There are multiple sizes to choose from and storage options available.

FreightCenter has also enhanced the system so that international customers can register and obtain quotes for their shipping directly online.

Other components include enhanced user services, additional accessorial options, and lower negotiated prices.
