Phillips Industries, Santa Fe Springs, Calif., has introduced the I-Box, a nosebox designed to handle the electronic requirements of trailers, to the aftermarket.
According to the company, the I-Box has a third more working room inside, a feature that can reduce wire pinching and pull-out. In addition, the nosebox has room for Phillips' Permalogic Controller and can store trailer schematics, bills of material and other important documents.
The nosebox's removable lid with weather-proof gasket can protect the interior against corrosion and outside weather. The product also features circuit breakers that can be changed quickly and Phillips' 7-way QCS 2 Quick Connect Socket.
