Karmak recently introduced its new ProfitMaster Scheduling product, which helps shops manage service schedules and dispatching appointments.
The new solution works by automatically scheduling tools, bays, technicians, customers and trucks with fully integrated repair orders.

The tool includes color-coded calendars to help service managers determine resource availability and identify areas that may need additional attention. The system also lets shop customers create repair orders from appointments and send e-mail appointment reminders to their customers.

In addition, a flexible drag-and-drop interface lets users customize calendars and filter views to promptly allocate resources and schedule appointments. With point-and-click access to pertinent customer information, it's easier to create customer appointments. Multiple calendar views are customizable to display user-specific information.
