Cheetah Software Systems, Westlake Village, Calif., has added the Customer Visibility System to its solution, a tool that provides customers with real-time order status information.


Through an integration with the Cheetah Freight and Cheetah Delivery solutions, the new Customer Visibility tool gives end-customers the ability to easily and immediately determine order status, driver location, ETAs, and more.

Using the new add-on, carriers can reduce customer service inquiries, while the customer does not have to deal with the frustration of making calls and waiting for e-mail responses.

"Cheetah's Customer Visibility system provides our carrier customers with the ability to offer their customers unparalleled visibility into order status," said Stephan Karczag, vice president of Cheetah. "Live ETAs with real-time visibility of delivery vehicle location is not unlike the ability to track an aircraft flying across country-you can see where it is and when it will get to its destination, all in real time."

The new tool is available to all Cheetah Freight and Cheetah Delivery customers at no additional cost or infrastructure.
