Tracer Products has rolled out the Tracerline Tritan 365, a multi-LED, broad-beam, UV leak detection lamp.
According to the company, the lamp works with all fluorescent dyes for both automotive and truck systems.
The lamp includes three ultra-high intensity UV LEDs for leak detection, as well as a white light LED to illuminate dark work areas. Equipped with a broad-beam profile, the lamp can provide wide coverage to help checking for leaks in large radiators and condensers, the company says. Meanwhile, it features a compact head to reach those smaller spaces.
Weighing just 16 ounces, the lamp's three-way rocker switch allows for easy control of the light sources. The product is outfitted with an eight-foot power cord with AC plug, and is available in 120-volt, 230-volt, 240-volt and 100-volt models.
The unit is also available with the Tritan 365M, a portable, battery-operated AC/DC lamp kit. Along with the Tritan lamp, it has a rechargeable NiMH battery pack with an adjustable shoulder strap and belt loop, AC cord set, smart AC charger and UV-absorbing glasses, in a padded carrying case.
