Prophesy Transportation Solutions, an Accellos company, has added Prophesy Dispatch LTL, its truck dispatch software designed for less-than-truckload carriers and brokers, to its DispatchSeries product line.
Prophesy Dispatch LTL includes modules for order management, asset tracking, rating and billing, carrier and driver settlements, online shipment tracking, fuel tax reporting, and more.
Other features of the LTL version include advanced load optimization, the ability to manage multiple deconsolidations and consolidations across multiple cross-docks, automatic customer e-mail notifications for pickups and deliveries, online tools for customers to trace shipments, rules-based automated processing, customer-specific routing, cost and revenue analysis at individual leg level, and retrieval of automatic updates to trucks, drivers, trailers, and freight locations.
In addition, fleets can handle multi-mode movements, configure custom "shipping" and "accessorial" rates through the automatic rating engine, compute "least-cost carrier" of multi-stop loads, and administer salesperson and broker commissions.
