Col-Met Spray Booths has launched a new line of waterborne flash-off systems with Col-Met Evo-1, a tower stand for applying waterborne-based primer and basecoat to smaller areas.
The portable tower features three Venturi nozzles that create turbulence to disrupt laminar airflow during flash-off. Meanwhile, three stainless-steel pipes with air outlets rotate to direct the nozzles for optimal airflow settings. Multidirectional velocity cones also adjust the air speed by moving the cone within its boot.
The Evo-1 also includes a manual timer and an eight-foot cord for plugging in to a power source. The unit does not require compressed air or an extensive air purification system.
