NuStar Rolls Out New Power Pusher
According to the company, the battery-powered pusher can reduce the risk of injury and cut down the amount of manpower needed.

Along with automatic braking and anti-runaway capabilities, the Power Pusher can be used at variable speeds with soft touch control. A built-in 24-volt, 10-amp charger allows users to directly plug in the unit to be recharged.

Obtained through a rent or buy option, the Power Pusher costs less than forklifts or tractors and does not require a license, NuStar says. The unit is available with several attachment options, including hitches, tow bars, strobe, motion beeper, ergonomic handle and push plates.

The Power Pusher, which was invented in the 1960s for pushing immobilized vehicles, is designed for industries including trucking, railroad, construction, utilities, heavy machinery, automotive, paper, hospitals and other manufacturing sites.
