Karmak, a computer systems provider, has developed Client Talk, a new software solution to help heavy-duty parts and service operations.
The application works by sending e-mail notification to customers when important business activities happen.

Client Talk can be used to notify customers automatically when backordered parts have arrived or when their service work is finished. These e-mail alerts can be customized with customer-specific messages that can enhance parts and service sales. In this way, the system works to improve customer service, the company says.

The system can be fully integrated with Karmak's business management systems.
