Rain-X has released a new windshield wiper blade for Class 3 through 8 vehicles, designed to survive harsh weather conditions and protect against corrosion.
The new blade can provide increased visibility to truck drivers in rain, sleet and snow, the company says.

In poor weather conditions and at high speeds, clear visibility may help improve the time it takes for drivers to react by one second, the company says. This one second could end up preventing an accident.

The new wiper blade features a synthetic squeegee for quieter wipes and a steel frame for increased durability. The blade is also made to apply even pressure and comes in sizes ranging from 13 to 24 inches.

The company recommends drivers examine their wiper blades every six months and replace them once a year.

Rain-X products are produced and marketed by Shell Lubricants.
