Aljex Software, provider of hosted management software, has made a series of upgrades to its Aljex TIN transportation management application for brokers.
The improvements, which are available to all subscribers at no additional cost, including the new Aljex Load Ticker.
"The new Aljex Load Ticker keeps critical work at the forefront for busy agents. It energizes the work screen without being obtrusive or distracting," said Tom Heine, president of the company.
Other upgrades include a one-click option to upload or view associated scanned documents, an automatic save and copy feature for customer preferences and driving directions to shipper and consignee locations. Aljex now offers one-click access to account balances, tracking, associated documents and email statements.
