Racor Division of Parker Hannifin announced the TireSaver Nitrogen Tire Inflation System.
The TireSaver system uses membrane technology to purify air into a stream of high purity nitrogen, which can be taken straight to any vehicle in a quick and safe manner.
The system extends tire life by reducing premature failure of tires caused by oxygen and moisture. Nitrogen inflation gives your tires more consistent pressure, extended tire life, improved fuel efficiency, elimination of rim corrosion, and prevention of tire auto-ignition.
Features and benefits include two stages of high efficiency pre-filtration and oil removal filtration, optional auto-inflator system, portable, mobile, or wall mounted designs, in nitrogen production capacity ranges to fit the needs of a small shop to a large fleet maintenance facility.
