SGM Enterprises added new portable protective lock boxes to its Ranger Lock product line of LockGuards.
The patented, sloped, anti-physical attack roofs are available on small, hardened steel "birdhouses" that envelop the padlock shackle to fight bolt cutters and other cutting tools. They are available for locks on trailers, containers, and other door hasp. The LockGuards are portable, interchangeable between door latches, and easily installable in seconds.
Ranger Lock's Super Extended LockGuard covers the rivet and latching mechanism to which a padlock is placed to secure the operating handle.
Products are available either as an addition for after-market use, complementing existing locks, or bundled with one of Ranger Lock's padlocks.
